dual claim dh works self employed I don't work (cannot claim other benefit).
If his hours fall short of 16 hours would we get more or non atall. Earn under 15k

You would still get child tax credit,esp if joint income under £15 K hth

You need to work at least 16hrs to be entitled to WTC.

They arent going to know if it falls under and I would imagine he often does more than 16 so dont stress yourself.
It would be a NIGHTMARE informing them everytime he only did 15 hours.
