Please can any recommend a mortgage advisor as I require a remortgage to buy my ex-husband out of the property. Well thats if I can get one.

I recommend London and Country
Fee-free mortgage advice (they take a commission). Got us a great rate just before the market went mad, and were brilliant at making sure I did all paperwork etc.
