Fabulous child benefit increase

The Inland Revenue have written to tell me that my child benefit is to increase - by 85p per week for 2 children .
That means I will be about £3.50 a month better off. Just think of all the things I can do.

Now sponge, I've given your incredible increase some thought and I really think that it should be put in an index-linked, shareholding, privateering, isa, maxi-performing dividend paying account. I mean with that amount of capital to invest just think.... the world could you yours in a matter of days. lol

MunchedTooManyMarsLady · 05/02/2005 15:00

could be

I know. I'm fantastically excited. Have called an emergency meeting with my financial advisor.
Should we put it towards long term financial security or short term hedonism?
