Uc statement not showing and due today help

Hi my statement is due today 28th but still not there.
I get paid the 1st anyone else still not got theres?
It asked me to confirm my situation was still the same on Saturday which I did and no changes as we are both carers and now my statement seems delayed? What do I do? Do I ring them and ask for a manual statement? Never had any issues in 3 years if anything they generate my statement 2 days earlier than the 28th so no idea why its not showing.
Couldn't come at a worse time my husband is having cancer tests and I need this payment to get petrol to get to the hostipal.

Your best bet is probably to call and ask if anything is blocking the payment.

Leave a message in your journal saying you can't see your statement and is anything wrong? Also check your to-do list.

Noticing your post was at 6am - statements usually become available from around 8-9am. Hopefully it's sorted by now.

Call them, reply on your journal can take weeks
