So I applied for child maintenance through REMO to go through the American courts a year and a half ago. According to the paper work everything is set in stone for me to start receiving payments from 1st June 2026 however 2 months on and I have still not received anything. My question is, if anyone is in the same position as me, have you managed to receive consistent regular payments and how long does it take to receive the first payment please?
