Is it legal to buy cigarettes on-line? HAve found a site which is selling cigs really cheap from abroad. I remember that this was being discussed in media a while ago re whether or not it was legal. Anybody know??

How bad is the hv?

actually she's ok, her asistant seems to have taken a disliking though

if they said 'we need to refer you to paeds' i'd be ok then. What i get is 'if Something doesn't change we'll have to Do somehing' and lots of stuff about infant weight loss which he's not had, just small amounts each week (after =bad astart due to dairy intol)- oh and comments about the nipple police (Pro-bf peolpe- like me), gay boys (anyone who is make and does their hair I think?), and how much your boobs sag if you dare to bf post about 3 months.

She sounds bonkers! My MIL is a retired HV - and is normal! Takes me back to the one who came round to see me - 1 day after baby. Didn't even look at the baby and just said ' Get on the bed and I'll have a look at you.' Lovely!

I've had good ones so know they exist. Used to work with one indeed- but have ALSO HAD 2 DODGY ONES NOW (WE MOVE ABOUT A BIT).

i think HV herself is paranoid a bit as we both know she missed vital clues that ds3 was SN (she told me he failed his checks at 18 months as he could do it but didnt want to- didnt sdtart verbalising until 3.5, reg disabled now)- but i dont blame her for that, I missed lots too. denial i think (2 sn kids).

I think I do need to discuss it with her though, next time the Mum HVA picks on (I dont get coffee at baby club, my baby never gets picked up, nasty comments etc) might be a PND mum- i know i'mnot the first as well.
