Hi,
I have a form which I downloaded from the internet, however it says on its checklist please complete address panel that came with this pack and post free of charge in enclosed envelope. Am I ok to send it in a regular envelope to the freepost address on the website , please advise

LS - Are you sending off a birth certificate?

If so, Do include an address panel and include it as that's what they use to return the certificate.

im sorry im being dim but do you mean a self addressed envelope? cheers

Well, I guess a SAE would do, but it was just a slip of paper with NAME and ADDRESS printed on it.

A few days after I sent the whole thing off, the certificate came back to me, with the panel stuck to the front of an envelope..

I'm sure an SAE would suffice....
