Can’t log into Barclays account - help!

I’m trying to log into my Barclays account. I have two accounts with them - a credit card and a partner finance account. It won’t let me log in because I used my old phone to initially log in. I sold the phone last October! Is there any way to get in?

Use a card reader. It doesn’t have to be a Barclays card reader, any will do.

Selling the phone is irrelevant, you should still have the SIM card yes? Or did you change your phone number?
You might have to relog in and register your new device.

I have the old phone number on this phone. It’s saying that because I used the number on another device, I can’t use it on this one.

google how to do it.
for some banks you have to log in via internet browser to disable the old device and geg a code for the new one.

Okay so you need to use a card reader, deregister your old device from the account and it’ll automatically ask if you want to register your new one to the account when you sign in.

Really simple, I did it myself a week ago, it’ll take you less than a minute. All you need is your customer number, postcode, DOB, a card reader and your card obviously.
