Locked out of Experian with credit frozen and a hacker doing searches - help?!

Can anyone help me? My gmail was hacked. I logged into Experian and signed up to a Credit Expert free trial and froze my credit. Then I changed my password, couldn't get back in (maybe didn't write it down properly) and after a couple of resets got locked out - no form of retrieval process works. Meanwhile I've received an email saying that soft searches have already been carried out on my account. You cannot speak to them by phone or in any other way unless you are logged in. I'm completely desperate - does anyone have any ideas?

I'd call the Police and report it as Identity fraud. Get a crime number. Then call all your banks, building society, credit cards klana - literally all accounts, mortgage everything, put a note on the land registry for your property so if anyone accesses it you are alerted. Try and listen to all the scams on You and Yours - I am sure I heard about this but I can't find it on there now: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m001yj0z
