Just wanted to give hope to receiving parents who are dealing with CMS /Financial Investigation Unit , after requesting their involvement and reconsideration/variation etc (undeclared hidden income, self employed partner in ltd company, with another relative)
FIU became involved almost a year ago, now confirmed undeclared income found and calculation forthcoming, CMS will receive details and re-calculate … Excellent news, regardless of the amount of owed debt this will generate, its a win on a personal front and for all receiving parents who are subject to this financial abuse and all the children who have a parent who cannot decently contribute to a child's raising.
The saga is not over, still a ways to go, but if anyone else is living a similar nightmare , hang on in there ❤️
