RBS switch offer- £200

I felt like this was too good not to share, hope it’s okay to post!

I just did a switch to RBS. Their offer is £200 for a switch, log into the mobile banking app and deposit £1250 for at least 24 hours. I haven’t been paid yet but my switch isn’t completed and I’ve not done the app/deposit. But it seems to be an easy £200 once it’s done, hope this helps someone. I think NatWest are doing similar. I believe that this offer is only available to people that never received a switch bonus from RBS, NatWest or Ulster bank.

I just switched to Nationwide and got £175. It’s a bit of a a faff but no difference in the actual accounts once up and running.

Can you open it, get the cash and then close it?!
