UC Childcare costs issue

Hi hoping someone can help me with this. I recently applied for Universal Credit in March, I submitted my first childcare costs then and received a payment for this along with my April payment with no issue (this was January’s childcare invoiced in March and paid in March).

I then paid for February’s childcare invoiced in April and paid in April. I’m due this in my May payment and they are refusing saying the childcare predates the claim but my childminder is always quite behind at invoicing.

Its now with a decision maker, anyone got any advice in a similar situation! Thanks

Well yes if you are claiming for costs that took place before you became eligible incan see why they are checking. Your CM needs to improve her admin organisation. I charge for care in advance so my bills for June are going out next week.
