Has anyone had a PIP tribunal and can give me an idea of how long it will take to receive my back pay? I recieved the letter telling me the result yesterday but made no mention of a time frame. No one I know has been through this so I have no one else to ask.

PIP appeals teams are working at approx 6 weeks from when they are notified by the courts. All dealt in date order of receipt. If you are not getting any PIP at the moment, give them a call as they need to check details with you about the time period during the appeal - like have you been in hospital / care home / abroad/ prison during that time. Are the bank details you provided still correct? Hope this helps.

Call the PIP contact number, and speak to someone there.
