yes, they are in deep shit when I read the accounts on companies house JP Germany were holding off claiming from the UK company or they'd go under but from memory this was agreed for 12 months so I don't know how long they will bail them out for and if JP in the UK can remain a going concern.

I’ve signed up for the free experience. I’ve been sent an immediate bit of junk telling me to wait while they prepare the freebie. It will be interesting to see whether the free taster happens and in what form. So far all that’s happened is my email system telling me it has blocked BuildHUN from having data such as location etc.

I reckon the freebie either won’t happen at all or will not allow a proper look, just a link to yet another page that says nothing much. If there are any genuine potential customers signing up for the freebie (unlikely) then showing them another page that isn’t the full thing won’t be convincing. Flinging the doors open and inviting people to have a good look around would also be a mistake because then it really would be clear it’s all just noise and there is nothing worth paying for that can’t be found for free. I suspect the only people signing up are Botwatchers.

I'm also in. Hats off to Techie who's designed something that is aesthetically quite nice, but there's nothing in there that can't be easily found online for free. It's all incredibly surface-level. The guided meditation is just a YouTube video with some plinkety plonkety music, there's a workout where Yawn walks up and down some stairs whilst her dogs get in the way. And as others have said, it's not an app. It's a website.

I’m in as well, it looks nice but like you say there is very little in there. At first I was like there’s not a lot here for £25 a month but then I realised that’s just for one section, you need to pay £60 a month if you want brand, body and soul 🤯 you would finish the whole thing in an afternoon so why pay monthly?

The couch to 5k stuff is the same free stuff on the NHS website as I’ve used that myself. Some of the workbook are 3 pages with big text, takes you seconds to read.

Stuff like this is so hard to monetise as there is so much online for free these days. She’s trying to build it as a community but there’s just not enough to keep it sticky as it’s all online.

@Slw1984 there will always be a need for 121 or group coaching as we are social beings and the support is great for motivation, so glad you ran a mile from Yawns stuff.
