Budgeting Advance UC

I applied for a budgeting advance today but was told I've earned too much. This isn't true is £2592.66 over the last 6 months so why would it come up as too much?

£0. My total earnings are for the last 6 APs are £2592.66

There are few reasons why it potentially got declined. How did you apply? Via your phone on the app or did you ask your work coach or ring the helpline? And what did you say it was for? And have you had any other advances in the last few months?

By phone. I know the criteria and all reasons for it to decline and there isn't one.
