Premium Bonds message, where?

I’ve had an email today telling me that I’ve got a message from PB. I know it’s not about my win the other day, as I had that email too.
Unfortunately I can’t find the message on the app, there doesn’t seem to be anywhere that it would be. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I don’t think there is a message function on the app, you’ll need to log in to your account online to see any messages.

I also get about 3 emails for every win. One telling me I've won something so check the prize checker app. One to tell me there's a message on their website - which also tells you've won. And I think a final one telling me that I have purchased more bonds.

OK thanks. I was hoping that there was a mistake and I’d actually won the top prize!

Pretty sure you get a visit in person if you've won the top prize - apparently there used to be a woman who did it who they referred to as 'The Premium Blonde' !
