Which cash ISA?

Just wondering which cash ISA’s people are looking at? I prefer big names so I’m considering Skipton 15 month ISA at 4.25%.

We went trading 212 4.68% cash isa but will probably use them for our s&s isa soon

Nationwide brought out several high paying fixed rate ISAs on Tuesday 31 March - 4.35% pa but for a year not 15 months, more for longer fixes. Nationwide also allows portfolio ISAs, should you want to split your savings between different levels of restrictions (eg withdrawals, fixed versus variable), though when I last looked there isn't a very good rate for anything more than a single withdrawal ISA, which Coventry does it.

Most of my ISA money is in the Coventry Building Society. I've had money there for a couple of years and find it quite easy to open new accounts there if their offers are reasonable (not the highest). Also I like getting monthly interest on my savings, it feels motivating to see a little growth even in months when I know I don't have much to put aside.

I've looked at Skipton and Yorkshire Building Society rates but don't currently have enough proof of identity (no passport or driving licence) to jump through their hoops. I am planning to get a passport at some point and may then apply for a Yorkshire Building Society account even if I just put enough money in for a while to qualify for future loyalty offers.

Check MSE site, they’ve done all the legwork on this.

Yes, I just go with the top one on MSE

I go with MSE’s recommendations too. My ISA is with Moneybox at the moment.
