Pfishing text and email - advice needed

I am so worried and don’t know what to do to protect myself. I received a phishing email and text apparently from my bank. They know my first name and surname, email address, mobile number, last 4 digits of my bank account and last 3 letters from my post code. I do not have a banking app on my phone and only use a credit card for online purchases.
How did they get this information? Do I need to change my email address and bank account? I will contact my bank as soon as it opens, but would really appreciate any advice in the meantime.

Many thanks in advance.

Just ignore them until the bank opens and then ring them for advice.

Possibly a data breach somewhere. I've been contacted by 2 organisations in the last year who've suffered a data breach that included my information. In those cases they gave me free sign up to Experian. Definitely contact the bank but it might be worth signing up to Experian as well, they send you warnings if someone is trying to use your data

Thank you. I’ll look into it.

Thank you for your responses. I have contacted my bank and will follow up your advice for data breaches.
