How likely is Mortgage to be accepted with Pepper Money

I have put an offer of £160,000 on a house and it’s been accepted I’m working with the estate agents recommended mortgage broker and because I have an active CCJ but it is 4 years old they have recommended doing a mortgage with Pepper Money.
I had to send my credit report in PDF format first and then he said he wanted me to save as much as I can for the next 28 days really be mindful of my spending (presumably to prove I can afford the mortgage) and as he will have frozen my mortgage application he will then unfreeze it in 28 days and hopefully it will go thru.
I've had perfect credit history for the last 6 years excluding the CCJ (ex partner not removing me from rent agreement after saying he had but then not paying rent £12,000 on the CCJ) I have 3 credit cards with around £6000 limit on each but in total across all 3 is around £89 owing I pay them off fully each month.
how likely will this mortgage application go thru? I’m so anxious

It should go through without a problem - the broker will have done all the necessary work beforehand. My mortgage was with Pepper too in my sole name. I had a CCJ and 10k worth of credit card debt.

Amazing thank you! I’m just panicking because of the freezing the application while I spend a month saving even though I have enough money for the deposit 😒 haha
