how do you go about getting legal custody of children???

Xp is a total waste of space and is messing the kids about at the moment and not turning up when he says he will.
I want things on my terms and also want to be able to make a will and state that i want my kids to go to my sister rather than him if anything were to happen to me.

what can i do???

you need a specialist solicitor but the will can be challenged regardless of his contact prior to that.
