Hi

A family member has given my address for their bills and now I am receiving reminders as they have not paid the bills.

Can this affect my credit rating?

Many thanks

Send them back not known at this address. Your credit might get cross contaminated, I assume the relative has never actually lived at you address. The trouble is once they find someone they can try and get their money back from they can get quite persistent. You need this relative to give his actual address to his creditors, or you could include their actual address when returning the bills, although that will prove that you know the person.
