CSA I hate you so so much!

4 1/2 years, 4 1/2 years of me constantly chasing them and STILL they have done nothing but issue a warning letter to dd's dad. I HATE THEM!!!!!!!! Rant over!

I have been dealing with them for three years now. I have written letter after letter to Chief Executives Office and to my local MP (monthly basis). Finally in October last year my complaints were sent to the Escalated COmplaints team and I have finally started getting money. The silly bastard I married now has to pay me over £150 a month just in arrears alone. If he had paid up he would have only had to pay me £235 now I get almost double that.

Write to your local MP that seemed to work for me.

He he, don't worry! Apparently he told them he was a student, and so they asked him to send in proof but never received any. When I asked when that was sent out they said January! I've rung them monthly since then and they haven't even thought to chase it up, dingbats! APPARENTLY they are going to request his tax info from the inland revenue. We might see something by next year! The sooner the CSA is abolished the better!

i also sent copies of every correspondence through t the Independent Case Examiner who also helped me get the ball rolling.
