Sorry I'm probably being a bit dense. I'm now working 20 hours per week "termtime" (39 weeks pa) but joint household income means we don't normally qualify for tax credits etc. Can I still claim anything towards the childcare for the weeks when my kids are out of school and it does n't coincide with my working weeks? entitledto has previously suggested not but wonder if I've missed something ?
