Is it deprivation of capital for UC ?
I spent all my savings, just after applying for UC. I went on holidays etc.
I spent over 12k. Just after losing my job 6 month ago. Just before I broke up with my ex BF.
He worries and sometimes gives me money, (we were together over 15 years) as im very bad managing money at the moment.
He was a big earner, and I just did not realise how much i spend. Obviously a big change for me.
We had some savings, he took some, his bigger part. As I lost control and just spent on wine (im in treatment, and beauty stuff).
I worry it could be considered as deprivation of capital and/ or income.
