Hello does anyone know when pip debt management will payout backpay owed.
Universal credit overpayed my DD.
She's had her pip renewal and they are owing her £2400.
It went to debt management and her uc overpayment was taken on 28th October.
We phoned debt management on the 30th October and every week since then and they keep saying money will be in DD account by the end of the week and it never is.
What should I do next? I am my daughters appointee and she is becoming distressed with such a long wait for her money.
