Hello! We’ve overpaid our mortgage by 10k this month. Half yesteday half today. Our usual mortgage direct debit however hasn’t come out today. Why would this be?! We selected the option to reduce mortgage term not monthly direct payments - ie despite overpayment of 10k we still want to make the same monthly mortgage payments as usual! V confused and can’t call the bank until Monday
