ELC bouncy castle - broken for the second time!

I bought ds2 one of the bouncy castles with slide and pool from the ELC for his birthday last month. AFter being used twice, it had a hole - not a puncture, it had split on one of the seams (they look heat-sealed or similar). I took it back and they swapped it for a new one. We've now used that twice and it has just happened again!! We've used it in accordance with the instructions - no shoes, no more than 2 kids at once, certainly never more than 100kg of kids on it. Am v.cross.
Have I just been unlucky and should get another replacement, or shall I ask for a refund and get ds another birthday present??

Plus it is a pain in the neck to take it back - very heavy and no parking near the shop. Grrr!

IME ELC is very good for exchanging and refunds.So i think its really up to you if you want to try another or not.

But i must add i have had a bouncy castle in the past and had the some problem.

i know 5 of these ELC bouncy castles with this problem.... actully make that 6.... next door seems to have played on theres once and it looks burts to

I would try to get your money back or at least get some other item from ELC... I have had alot of trouble with some of thier products... 3 sets of walkie talkies that never worked at all... and the same problem with a keyboard that we had had for all of a month and DS was very good with it but all the sudden it went quiter and quiter and that was it, had new batteries and everything...

ElC is good about exchanges and store credit... I know its not the same as a bouncy castle but I would say after two attempts its a fault with the manufature and its going to be the same if you got another one...
