Background- my details were taken during a cyber attack on my work. Noone could say what was taken and about who but somewhere between 500 & 2000 staff's details were stolen. A stament was issued and we were given premium access to a credit site.
I've since blocked all credit searches through the main three sites. I've had a few alerts which show someone has tried compare websites.
Today an internet router has been delivered to my home. My name & address, I haven't ordered this. Its from EE and I'm not sure what to do. I've had 7 calls from Suspected Spam numbers today so I presume they are linked.
I've been on EE website but go round in circles. I can't log in to anything as I dont have account details and the phone numbers just dont seem to pick up. I got through once today and the person had no idea what I was saying, just kept asking for account details!
No money has left my account.
I'm full of cold and stressed from work so can't think properly. Any suggestions?
