Rang them and sorted it out. When i changed company in Jan, they wrote my final meter reading without final number

was it n power or british gas? they are both really bad for that

no, southern electric. It was an honest mistake and they sorted it quickly and were apologetic. I almost died!!!

Southern Electric is terrible. When I moved out of my flat a couple of years ago they told me I still owed them £500 (even tho they'd been supposedly getting true meter readings) then I paid it, this year they've been in touch with my old landlord sayng she's gonna get a CCJ if its not paid. I had to get the bank to print out a statement to prove it had been paid.
