Hi, I have recently told my work that I am pregnant and having discussions with them around an enhanced maternity pay. I have a management position but the company is a family run business so are not so regimented on their maternity policy and willing to negotiate. They have asked me to come back with a proposal for what I want, which is where I am getting a bit overwhelmed, I just wanted to know what people’s enhanced maternity policy has been and what would be good to ask for. I’m looking to ultilise my KIT days whilst I’m on maternity leave to give me a boost. Thanks!
