DLA

Hi hoping somebody could help me do the maths please.My son was already on Middle rate care DLA.Renewal form received 15th july.I had a decision made for his renewal on the 11th of September.On the 16th of september I recieved £292 exactly in my bank.I have not yet had the decision letter and they WILL NOT tell me over the phone no matter who I speak to 😭🤣Can anyone help me figure that payment out please? If it helps I received my last regular DLA payment last Tuesday the 9th of september then this random payment exactly a week later

My guess is that they've added lower rate mobility

Ahhh that makes sense if they backdated it to when they received my form 🤔 my brain was thinking maybe he got high rate and that was the difference between the mrc and hrc in the same time period.

Weirdly enough, they both equal exactly £292. So I guess its a waiting game until I get my letter
