I have recently split with my 11 week old son's dad.
He lived with me but has now moved back to the Midlands to live with his mum and dad which is over 200 miles away from me and our son.
What I want to know is where do I stand regarding him taking our son back to the Midlands? I really don't want him to as I think he is far too young for such a long journey.
My ex has also threatened in the past to take custody of his son and take him back to the Midlands, which would make it virtually impossible for me to see him as I have 2 other children and it would require an overnight stay in the Midlands.
I am happy for my ex to have access, I have proposed he can see our son every weekend but will have to come to where I live to see him.
