Hi everyone.
I had a call last week from the case manager saying they were making a decision that day. Phoned up again and couple of days later and was told I was awarded and how long for, he told me the year it was awarded but then said it was awarded for a year. It didn’t register until later that the length of award didn’t add up.
When I phoned the next day to confirm the award length I was put through to a case maker who went through it all and said it had been confirmed the day before and was just waiting for finalisation and to wait for the text.
I waited a couple of days and received nothing, I spoke to them earlier and they said it says my award but it is with the decision maker and they’re waiting for the letter to be uploaded and text to be sent.
I’m so confused, I thought once the case manager had awarded it you would be sent a letter and text.
I don’t understand why it’s with a DM and still waiting for the text to be sent.
