So I added my second child to my universal credit claim in my claim period, I then received payment without that child in the claim as they weren't verified. I then attended an appointment to verify them. Its now been marked on my account as child verified.

Will i be back paid for this or do they still need my child benefit claim to be processed?

If you've verified the Child's ID then I'd expect you to get the payment.

Can you put a note on your Journal or phone the help line?

As they were added in the previous Assessment Period can you advise when payments will be added and when I will be paid for the child element in the previous AP?
