I see castle is still banging on about the scam - pretty sure those responding aren’t aware they were in business together - can’t quite believe as a serious bizniss person she had no idea what was going on - surely the bank account would be a giveaway if no one was being paid ( apart from the scammer it would seem) ??

Castle now says she invested 25,000. So the other 225,000 was fantasy money. Castle doesn’t explicitly explain what she’s going to do differently, so it doesn’t happen again.

Laughing away to myself. I've been on these threads since the start (different user names) and for YEARS have been waiting, wishing for castle/yawn etc to fail publicly. And finally castle has been scammed herself. Yawn has sod all interest in her build a bear/unlucky girl bollocks. It feels so good to sit with a cuppa and watch it all falling apart. Bravo 👏

As a co director, castle bears some responsibility and all those who paid her money are entitled to expect that some due diligence beyond how many feathers she could find in her garden. Her students need to understand that is not how professionals run businesses and her lack of professionalism means those corporate gigs won’t materialise.

Who paid for castles new fancy Land Rover. Her parents bought a cheap second hand Toyota and caravan so they’re not screaming money to burn.

It’s a good question about who clients have paid to access the expertise and/or services of the scammer. My guess is that Castle has recommended her and taken some money for whatever “package” the scammer was part of, probably the Moronic grift she’s been banging on about. So it’s pretty easy to demonstrate the benefit to the pair of them is fused. Even if people have paid Kick up the Arse School Ltd directly Castle is still the person who used her reach to promote the scammer, inviting people to trust both of them and she was actively promoting the scammer at the end of July. Those paying have put their trust in Castle and their “contract” is surely with her?

Anyone coming to the situation with fresh eyes, (for example, someone Castle has reported it to, if they exist/don’t immediately dismiss it), and they take an objective view of what’s gone on, it would be reasonable for them to conclude that as she had set up a limited company with the scammer she must have known enough about her to promote her as heavily as she did and to ignore the red flags raised by others during that time. Ignoring red flags about your co-director and encouraging people towards her with promises of making “quick and easy big money” (24 July on Insta) just doesn’t look like the actions of a poor misled victim. It looks like the actions of someone setting aside the doubts to exploit something while she could, because she didn’t think the losses would be hers. A quick glance at the social media of “victim number one” would reveal a catalogue of dodgy associations, stories of success with more holes in them than Swiss cheese and a general sense of her being a bigger scammer than her scammer. Someone might conclude she is thick but could that also conclude she is innocent?

I don’t suppose we will ever see the accounts of the Global company. I wonder what the purpose of the newly created Premium company is? Why is Scamversity late with the accounts? I too get the sense that the magic money tree has suffered significant leaf fall and won’t have as much to offer Castle and Bruv in future, therefore there is some shuffling going on and our favourite Midlands spa town accounts will have to use their special magic calculator to confirm that Castle is still an eight figure earner.
