I’m surprised her laptop didn’t fall into the North Sea. I’m sure castle preference is that there isn’t enough evidence to continue, and she can continue to cast herself as the central victim, no one has suffered more than her - which seems to be her usual modus operandi

Maybe Castle is asking for victims to report to her and she'll update the Police, because she knows she's also in the digger for it as fellow Director, that she hasn't actually been to the Police, and is trying to protect herself.....

But on the up side, she has a new business partner, he’s a Nigerian prince and wants to partner with her once he gets his money out of a frozen account. Another amazing opportunity for her parents so she’s sold their mobile home to free up funds and they can live in the caravan until she get she money back.

Don’t tell anyone, just come straight to me, don’t mention her name or you could ruin my case against her which would make you a hater and show you as being unsupportive of all the victims. She doesn’t want anyone scratching around, googling the scammer’s name and making the obvious link with Castle. There is, as you’ve already said, absolutely no “legal proceedings”, just a need to keep people a bay until the heat is off. It will serve Castle right if people start to cotton on to who it is and realise how Castle’s story doesn’t hang together.

Ah Ive now worked out who the scammer is - thing is though I’ve got a business myself and regardless of how many directors you have, itsall the same bank account which most directors would be aware of what’s going on and out and what’s being paid for - if a fair bit was going in but the only money going out was to the other person , you would be aware of this - I’m a bit baffled what the actual scam was - as if no actual service was provided or delivered I can’t believe castle would be oblivious to that , unless she was incredibly hands off -

Do all the commenters not realise they had a joint company together? Has she actually stated this anywhere?

And if you go to her Insta, there is a post on 24 July where she namechecks the scammer as “our corporate expert”.

”Tonight at 8pm come join myself and [scammer’s name], our Corporate expert to find out how you can create an offer or trackage an existing offer that will sell like hot cakes into the corporate space...’.

@Crikeyalmighty that’s why Castle isn’t naming her, so they don’t Google her and realise Castle isn’t a victim. If they all go after the scammer then the cat will be out of the bag. She is hoping they won’t look at CH using her middle name which throws up their joint company. I think that’s why she is being told to delete the comment in my pic above as the commenter realises its outing to mention resigning from her joint company (which she thinks is enough to get herself out of trouble).

The thought of Castle’s laptop in Davy Jones’ locker with Rebecca Vardy’s agent’s mobile phone amuses me. No doubt Castle would claim that she doesn’t know who Davy Jones is and for once we’d actually believe her.

I watched a small portion of her video outing the scammer. Two things that struck me was her inability to get to the point and explain exactly how she was scammed. Secondly, her inability to look at the camera, she looks down she looks up and to both sides but struggles to look directly at the camera. It’s almost like it’s suddenly dawning on her that she is describing her own business activities and is becoming increasingly embarrassed, but has to go on because the perpetual narcissistic victim is stronger than any other force within her.
Like most of her previous business ventures she has leapt in and been happy to enjoy the benefits but has no idea what was actually going on. Thereby demonstrating, once and for all, that she has no idea about business. This is a subtle type of fraud but fraud nonetheless.
Unfortunately, some of her more savvy followers are already starting to twig that she is not a victim but in on the scam until the scammer implicated her and she had to make a quick exit sans money. The scammer well and truly set her up.
I wonder if she has seen a solicitor yet.

@JustdancevanceI don’t think much of Castle’s scammer but I hope that she will in some way out people like Castle and the other coach (mentioned up thread) for the dishonest grifters they are. I would really love some of those people who have lost money to the scammer to realise that as long as it looked lucrative to Castle she didn’t give a shit about “heeding the warnings” because the losses of the real victims were (she assumed) going to end up in her pocket.

The monetising of her sister and child is the usual use of emotive messages to obscure some uncomfortable facts. I hope it blows up in her face.

@YouOKHun that’s exactly it - I suspect the grift has ended up in the bank account of the other person - another over groomed hard nosed con person by the looks of it - i just love the £250k ‘loss’ of business - you can’t lose or feel conned on forward business- as you never had it - I doubt she’s actually lost much at all, unlike others - just not gained what she thought she would !!

Castle's explanation of why she did nothing is clearly untrue. It makes zero sense

She’s trying to operate as a gatekeeper to the police but as a co-director she should stand back due to conflict of interest and advise them to go directly to the police.

Her poor Dad will be having to dust off his CV and get back to work to dig them out of this hole. The air bnb listing will be back up as she starts waffling on about her multiple steaks of income, but of course it will have to be decorated first.
