We all know FL treat accounting requirements with distain but I really don’t understand how they’re going to get round revenue recognition requirements with this one! 😂 Extending July trading into 1st August! 😂

Please can someone explain to me how Castle became a FL bigwig? I understand that her parents invested money, but how did that result in earning those big cheques? She posted an article on LinkedIn in 2018, when she was doing the planners where she states that she was earning 4x her Police salary within 10 weeks of starting FL. How can that be possible? Was she specially selected to act as bait to lure others into FL?
I can understand that maybe she didn’t want to carry on as a police officer with a young baby, but she could’ve taken a career break? And for her husband to also resign seems madness to me. I can’t get my head around being a couple with good careers and future pensions to throw them away for what? I wonder if they regret that now?

YouOKHun · 01/08/2025 18:04

@almayanyes, as I understand it she was positioned by FLP. Imagine you are being bankrolled by the Bank of Mum & Dad; you have the props to sell an image and the money to quit your job and be your own best customer. This successful looking circumstance will mean that you are useful to your MLM as a promotional tool (accent on the word “tool” as that’s what she is IMO).

The MLM might then be prepared to further this image of your [contrived] success in their MLM by providing the funds to rent a castle/folly with a portakabin welded onto its side. All of this will help you to attract many more victims who believe that all this has happened through the peddling of Aloe Vera. Then when you have convinced yourself that the success is down to your own talents you will start a number of half-cocked businesses which will crash and burn, but the Bank of Mum & Dad will rescue the situation every time.

Crikeyalmighty · 01/08/2025 19:04

@YouOKHun I think this is probably accurate - no idea how she got the gig initially - but it wouldn’t be the first example of ‘a plant’ -

Spongebobette · 01/08/2025 19:07

My understanding is that she quickly became a ‘poster girl’ used by FL to attract new recruits and that she benefited by the company placing lots of new recruits (at a time of huge growth) in her downlines
She borrowed money from her father to ‘start her business’ (she talked about that, and being able to pay him back, after getting her first big cheque) and presumably used the money to qualify for promotions by buying CCs at the start

So she did well partly due to timing - getting in when FL was expanding rapidly in the UK, and partly due to support from family money

and also due to her talent for lying about everything

Twentytwentyhindsight · 01/08/2025 19:09

Re. Castle- I have also heard that ‘floating’ recruits (i.e. people who were drawn by the apparent success of FLP at the time, but weren’t recruited by an active member and contacted head office to join instead) were placed under her to boost her apparent success, giving her a ready made downline.
Bank of mum & dad would have been used to place purchases under these downlines in such a way as to boost her CCs and reach Chairman’s bonus targets.

Spongebobette · 01/08/2025 19:11

Then of course there was the planner business which did not go as well and was the cause of the falling out between her and her bestie (2 Jags) who were partners in the business
I think there were outstanding directors’ loans on this business ?

Disappointing to see that Soft Focus bot is gaining an audience on TikTok. I wonder how many will end up joining Livegood. Whatever happened to TikTok’s claim that they don’t allow MLM pyramid schemes?

But according to my LG bot it's not like other NWM schemes (they all say that, and it absolutely is) because you are offering a subscription for a tenner a month which allows you to access HUGE discounts on supplements just like costco offers discounts.

Its the same as every other scheme - you need to recruit to make any money!

ticktock19 · 02/08/2025 09:03

I report lots of Unicity sales folks on TikTok but to no avail unfortunately

Sugarplum48 · 02/08/2025 22:37

Nothing more unattractive or crass than posting a photo of you holding a wodge of cash like it's normal. Fuck of yawn. No one is impressed. You look like a fucking idiot.

Crikeyalmighty · 03/08/2025 00:08

@Sugarplum48 ha ha - it’s bit naff 80s innit!!!

Sugarplum48 · 03/08/2025 08:32

She's like that Harry Enfield character loadsa money🤣🤣 her dress sense is just as awful as his shellsuits🤣🤣
No "professional" career person would post a photo like that. Its disgusting and incredibly distasteful especially in this current climate. Horrible woman that she is.
I see her Bessie running mate made a point of saying how yawn takes the piss out of her!! Give it time, she'll tire of her sooner than later.

The irony of the whole thing is that the Yawn's are skint.....

Sugarplum48 · 03/08/2025 15:53

She's obviously been reading some self help book with the latest rubbish she's constantly posting on fb about successful people this, successful people that...... the amount of time she has on her hands to spout the utter crap she constantly blurbs out. It must be great to have a very stupid gulliable husband who works his arse of to keep you financially whilst you play make believe biznis owner.

Crikeyalmighty · 03/08/2025 16:46

@Sugarplum48 she also never posts any actual ‘business content’ that might draw anyone in - just platitudes and always accompanied by selfies - I actually think a lot of this is about vanity - after all what normal job apart from a model or an ‘influencer’ requires you constantly glamming up to the nines and posting pics of yourself .

Sugarplum48 · 03/08/2025 22:32

Much when we worked with her, came to work fully glammed up, high heels, fake everything and not delivering on the job front. Oh wait.....ha ha ha, it's just the same now!!! No amout of red lippy, big hair and memes will fix this!

Spongebobette · 04/08/2025 10:28

Most of Yawn’s content can be filed under ‘showing off’, and waving banknotes about is just another, particularly egregious, example

Feeling the need to rush on to social media immediately following a so called business meeting to tell the world how exciting it was and how wonderful you feel is another example

Once you see her posts through the lens of showing off, it all seems a bit sad. I always think she has a specific viewer or viewers in mind - the top bots in Forever Living

Who pays in cash these days anyway? I mean this month I am due a bumper payday due to overtime, tax back and some training money I’m owed. I suppose I could withdraw it in cash and wave it all over fb or the gram but because I’m normal I’ll stick it in the bank and buy the tickets and hotel rooms I’ve been putting off for a couple of weeks.

money coming in on a regular basis is absolutely normal and nothing to shout about. It’s a bit crass really. And sad.

Excuse the poor quality photo of a laptop screen...if a post like this one of Yawn's comes up on your feed does this mean she's paid for it to appear in people's feed?

... I've had "suggested for you" posts before, usually if you have friends in common or have looked at their page before but I've noticed a few bots are appearing in "follow" posts like this , or as friend suggestions whereas they never used to.

It's not all bots that I regularly check-in on either, just certain (desperate) ones

YouOKHun · 04/08/2025 11:51

The cash waving photo is an old one last seen on her FB feed in early January and probably before that. Not a sign she is being paid in cash or in any other form!
