I have just seen that newday have defaulted an account that I have - I had an alert from Experian. I have not received the usual default notice letter that gives you 14 days to rectify the breach. I am not disputing the arrears - I have been in a mess since my dad died and have let things slip, however I think that they are supposed to send this letter aren't they?
