Hi I’ve claimed UC and my twins had middle rate Feb last year they changed to high rate I was not aware I had to let UC know as I thought DLA and UC sep my advisor rang me to change to high rate which will take place from next month but has asked for it to be back dated to Feb 24 and sent to a decision maker anyone been through this or give me any advice if they will back date n how much etc I have no clue thank you
