Can anyone advise what to do.
Last week I purchased over the phone some tickets to a concert with a large well know establishment. The money left my account (over £100) and I received the confirmation email straight away.
The next day I received a refund from the same company for the same amount.
I’ve just called them and they’re not aware of anny issues/refunds and my seats are still booked. They confirmed seats can’t be cancelled/changed without contacting me first. They weren’t at all bothered about the fact I’ve received a refund.
Do I keep quiet or call Monzo?
I’m worried on the night my booking won’t exist!
