I’m currently in Thailand and have no signal so can’t log into my UC journal as I always use text verification, which means I can’t upload any of my nursery invoices or receipts. I’m worried I won’t get paid if I don’t do it asap, what’s the best thing I can do as I can’t call out to UK at the minute? I don’t get back until middle of the month.

The middle of this month? Hiw long have you been there? Did you inform them you were leaving the UK?

How are you using your nursery if you are abroad?

Assume there is another way to log in surely it’s just user name and password you have internet as your posting here. Be careful if you have not informed them you are not in the uk they can sanction you depending on their rules.

I’m on holiday for two weeks and didn’t realise I would have no signal.. and you still have to pay for nursery even if you’re on holiday as I have set days!

Edited

I haven’t informed them as didn’t know you had to tbh! But yes you log in then you have to verify by text every time which is annoying!

A family friend could call them and ask to change from text verification to email ones on your account. If you are only on holiday for couple of weeks it shouldn’t go against you. If you leave uk for over 4 it can be a change of circumstances which you are supposed to report.
