Reported a change of circumstances due to only receiving standard care and my health needs have significantly changed with the amount of help and support I need. Sent everything even an additional letter due to me over thinking things and getting confused. It’s been 5 weeks and 5 days. Today I get a letter saying it’s completed and I’ll get a letter within 2 weeks. No new assessment, no phone calls nothing. I’m really starting to worry now that Iv lost my award with it being so quick and with no new assessment. They auto payment line is saying wrong amounts with with dates a month ago. The guy on the phone said he couldn’t see anything about my review. Starting to really worry that this can’t be good.

If the person that you spoke to could not help, either ring back, and speak to someone else, or wait for the letter to arrive. I am not sure what else you can do tbh.

I tried the phone line again this morning and it’s left me even more confused. Then the lady I spoke to who I struggled to understand confused me even more. None of the amounts given make any sense. So I’m going to have to wait on the letter. Anxiety overload
