Hello, has anybody applied for Ncc1 3rd child Universal Credit and is effected by the benefits cap as a whole?
im effected by the benefits cap (not talking about the 2child cap) and wondered if anyone has been successful in applying and it NOT being effected by the cap

The overall cap of £1835 has very little flexibility other than around it being higher in London and those relating to other benefits/serious health conditions. .

There's a 'grace period' before it bites if you were working and earning above trigger amounts in the nine months before you claim.
