Child maintenance stopped

I just woke up to three letters in my email from child maintenance saying that my payments are changing! Annual review is due in sept. Father job has not changed and the money has gone down and he is in arrears.
however on the portal it is now sayin im not entitled to any money until june! So im not getting any csa until june no payments since march. No explanations at all. Has this happened to anyone

Firstly are you sure the emails are genuine? Is this usually how they contact you?
Do you speak to him? Easiest way is going to be just to ask him (in a non-confrontational way). Or call CMS and ask them.
Other than the missing April payment, are there any other arrears?
He could have asked for a recalculation or his circumstances could have changed without you knowing. Or CMS could have messed up somewhere.
If he says nothing has changed you will need to contact them and ask the reasons.

Ring cms, they will explain

He may have started paying more into his pension or similar.
