State pension and disability payments

I have been on Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for many years due to chronic illness. My award is indefinite. I am nearing state pension age and will get this in August. I have read conflicting reports on whether I will continue to receive DLA once I get state pension.
Can anyone advise me on this please.
thanks

You will still get it after pension age.

Eta: what you can't do is make a new claim for PIP (DLA no longer exists for new claims, but the same applied when it did) after state pension age. This is probably where the confusion lies.
