Car finance case - will it include PCH?

I have seen lot about PCP in regards to misselling car finance.

What about PCH? Will these also fall into scope?

As I understand it the issue with PCP is about lack of transparency over lenders and commissions.

No idea whether that might affect Contract Hire too.

The same issues apply for PCH too?

No the current misselling only includes vehicles that were purchased (by PCP or HP) not those that were leased.

However, you might still be able to make a complaint about undisclosed commissions on your contract some other way (just not under this particular scheme). The Martin Lewis website is probably a good place to start.

Well it’s not included sooo. However the more people who complain or put a case forward then I guess maybe it will have its own action in future?

As above the issue with PCP and HP is about commissions.

You need to do your own research to see whether Leases are also affected.
