How do I get my credit card company involved in dispute with retailer?

I bought some furniture online and it arrived damaged so I sent the damaged parts back and the retailer keeps sending me more damaged parts or ignoring me altogether. I think I can claim from my credit card company if the goods cost over £100, which they did, so how do I go about this, and can I claim in these circumstances?

You need to contact your credit card company. We had a similar situation. We bought a washing machine from awell known and supposedly reputable manufacturer and it kept glitching. The company kept sending people to repair it. After a few months we made a strong complaint to our card (John Lewis) and they took it on from there. We got a full refund.
