Changes to PIP

It looks like to qualify for PIP people will need 4 points in one area, see here from the Times

"In future, ministers will require applicants to score at least four points on at least one activity to qualify"

Not sure if this means in each section (care, mobility)

Nothing has been confirmed. It is all just speculation at the moment... and what is being talked about is just a green paper... so is a proposal. There will be a long way to go yet before any changes are set in stone, and there will be a LOT of opposition along the way.

I know it is easier said than done, but try not to worry for now.

And the wording from the article is odd anyway. Ministers do not require anything from PIP assessments as they are not the ones doing them.
