Does anyone on here know if i can still have my child on my universal credit claim if i live with a new partner? TIA

yes but whether you are paid anything also depends on his income and circumstances

If your child lives with you and your new partner, you can still claim UC for them.

How many children in the new household ie does your partner have kids who will live with you?

I'm thinking in terms of whether the two child rule might bite.
