Maternity Allowance Help

Hello all, I have been getting mat allowance from 2 july 2024 till 4/3/25. i got a total of 9 payments (736£ each - 4weekly)
As I know its for 39 weeks and if you calculate it this way like £184x39 weeks: 7176 while i received a total sum of 6625. isnt it 550£ short? Who do i contact? why wouldn’t they pay for 3 weeks remaining?

What is your actual weekly income? You only get £184 a week if 90% of your actual weekly income is more than that.

Its more than that. I qualified for 184£ weekly. The issue is why its not for 39 whole weeks
